Ctruh is a deep-tech company building the infrastructure layer for the spatial internet through a proprietary browser-native, no-code 3D engine and VersaAI, our in-house generative AI engine that transforms text, images, and video into production-ready 3D assets in minutes. Our Work Rhythm: This is a 6-day working setup with Monday to Friday operating from the office and Saturday as Work From Home (WFH).

About the Role

As a Strategy & Research Intern, you'll work on real business initiatives that directly contribute to Ctruh's growth. This is a hands-on internship where you'll be supported and mentored by your reporting team while taking ownership of meaningful research and strategic execution. We are a fast-paced deep-tech startup.

Our execution cycles are quick, priorities evolve rapidly, and deliverables are expected within short timelines. We're looking for someone with strong common sense, a curious mindset, and the ability to learn fast and get things done.

Key Responsibilities

Note: These are internship-level responsibilities. You'll execute them with guidance, regular feedback and support from your reporting team. Conduct market, competitor and industry research to identify strategic opportunities across India, USA, Middle East (priority), Singapore, Japan and South Korea, while monitoring emerging global technology trends.

Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of accelerators, government grants, incubators, innovation challenges and enterprise-focused technology events relevant to Ctruh's AI, XR and 3D ecosystem. Research government tenders, GeM opportunities, defence procurements, smart city projects and public-sector RFPs, while supporting vendor registrations, eligibility mapping and B2G documentation.

Create structured databases of enterprise companies, technology leaders, government organizations and strategic partners to support business development and partnership initiatives. Prepare strategic research reports, presentations, business briefs, Google Sheets dashboards and documentation using AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.

Support sales enablement by researching prospective clients, qualifying ICP accounts, preparing account intelligence, and developing sales-ready collateral for the business development team. Collaborate across strategy, marketing and business teams on operational research, special projects and other high-priority initiatives whenever required.

Skills & Qualifications: Strong common sense, analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities. Excellent research skills with proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity or similar platforms. Advanced working knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel for data organization, analysis and reporting.

Hands-on experience with Canva (Intermediate or above) for creating presentations and business documentation. Strong written communication and business writing skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely. Confident verbal communication, ownership mindset and the ability to thrive in a collaborative startup environment.

Background in Engineering, Business, Economics or Management is preferred; prior startup exposure is an advantage.
