Job description

Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for AI/ML-based SaaS products, including functional testing, integration testing, and performance testing
Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts to ensure consistent product quality across releases
Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and identify potential quality risks early in the development cycle
Lead the end-to-end testing process, from test planning to execution and reporting
Establish and maintain testing processes, including bug tracking, test case management, and quality metrics
Work closely with product managers to understand customer requirements and ensure testing aligns with user expectations
Mentor team members on quality best practices and testing methodologies
Participate in software design/code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality aspects Requirements - 5-8 years of experience in software testing (manual and automated)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Strong proficiency with QA tools, testing frameworks, and bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Test. Rail, Selenium, etc.)
Experience testing AI/ML-driven applications is a strong plus
Familiarity with SaaS environments and customer-facing products
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a keen eye for detail
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Familiarity with cloud services, such as AWS, Azure
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), JIRA, Confluence
