You will work to comprehend client requirements thoroughly and translate these into practical business and technology solutions.

Your role

includes leading discussions around transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application frameworks. You ensure that the solutions developed align precisely with the business needs, facilitating seamless integration and effective implementation of services. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration solutions meet client expectations and project timelines.
• Assist in identifying potential risks and propose mitigation strategies during integration processes.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on integration best practices. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service. Now IT Service Management.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Service. Now IT Operations Management, Service. Now Now Assist.
• Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices.
• Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions within enterprise environments.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Familiarity with workflow automation and process optimization within Service. Now platforms. Additional Information:
