ZohoOne CRM Consultant and Support Specialist

This is a remote position. Work-from-home India Zoho. One CRM Consultant and Support Specialist Location : India ( Work from Home) We are looking for a technical consultant with expertise in Zoho CRM integration and applications.

• Requirements Experience Implementing Zoho One in a small business environment Successful development and delivery of Zoho Creator projects Experience building use cases and test cases. Experience in E-Commerce space. Technical Qualifications: Zoho One : CRM, Checkout, Creator, Social, Desk, Work. Drive, Saas Products and Integration : Mail. Chimp, Hootsuite, G Suite, Big. Commerce, Veeco Programming Languages : Java, J2EE, HTML5, Deluge ( Zoho Creator), REST API Project Environment : Scrum, Sharepoint, MS Office, Visio, MS Project Educational Qualifications:
• College Degree (BE, BA, B Com, B Tech, MBA etc.)
• Ability to work in US (PST time zone) – night shift
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a CRM developer preferably in a US company
• Ability to work from home.
• Experience in ERP/CRM and WH mgmt. systems
• Experience with Zoho CRM
