Our community is designed to provide residents with the support they need while maintaining a warm, home-like atmosphere. The combination of RCAC and CBRF services allows our team to support residents across a variety of care needs while building meaningful relationships with those we serve. Position Summary

As a Culinary Team Member, you will help create dining experiences that residents look forward to every day. This role combines food preparation, meal service, hospitality, and resident engagement. The ideal candidate takes pride in preparing quality meals, providing outstanding customer service, and contributing to a positive dining atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve nutritious, appealing meals and snacks Follow menus, recipes, and portion standards Assist residents during meal service and create a welcoming dining experience Build positive relationships with residents and families Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout kitchen and dining areas Follow all food safety and sanitation requirements Assist with dishwashing, kitchen cleanup, and meal preparation Work collaboratively with caregivers, leadership, and fellow culinary team members Support a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and resident satisfaction Qualifications Previous food service, restaurant, senior living, or healthcare dining experience preferred but not required Strong customer service and hospitality skills Passion for serving seniors and enhancing their quality of life Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive organization Benefits & Perks We believe in taking care of our employees just as much as we care for our residents.
