We are now accepting applications for the following position: BUSSER RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Delivers exceptional service consistently. Follows service guidelines. Cleans, sets and re-sets tables continuously, assuming responsibility for station, tables and side duties. Serves water, bread and coffee. Performs set up duties as requested to include side stations, storage areas and food staging area.

Anticipates and services guest's needs. Serves and clears food and beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner. Familiar with the menus, including preparation, ingredients and description. Familiar with the wine list and in wine and beverage service including stemware used. Completes opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard.

Carries trays, buses and resets tables with linen, China, glass and silver. Stocks linen, China, silver and glassware for service. Maintains and retrieves all food items from the kitchen and attractively and safely transports them to an outlet Serve any dishes to guests while explaining the contents and preparation.

QUALIFICATIONS

Less than 1 year of relevant experience. High School Diploma or equivalent. Hourly Range: US$8.00
