Our nurses build real relationships with families, manage their own day, and are supported by leadership that actually answers the phone when you call. If you became a nurse to make a meaningful impact, not just survive a shift, you’ll feel at home here. What Your Days Will Look Like: Manage a caseload of hospice patients in the Orange area. Provide compassionate, skilled nursing care in patients’ homes. Complete visits, admissions, recerts, and documentation. Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team. Help patients and families navigate end-of-life care with dignity. Chart in real time using a provided tablet. What We’re Looking For: Texas RN license. Hospice or home health experience preferred (we will train the right nurse). Strong communication and critical thinking skills. Reliable transportation for local travel. A nurse with heart, compassion, and independence.
