Groundskeeper

JOB SUMMARY

As a Groundskeeper at Frontera Shores in Lewisville, you will keep our community's grounds, entrances, and amenity areas clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors. You will take pride in curb appeal and play a key role in our residents' everyday experience. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position paying $20/hour.

Career path programs are in place to help you Grow with Us! DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Walk and maintain the community grounds daily, including entrances, models, leasing office, parking areas, and amenity areas.
• Pick up trash and debris, empty trash cans and replace liners, and keep common areas clean and presentable.
• Clean and maintain the pool, clubhouse, fitness center, dog park, and other common-area amenities.
• Pressure wash sidewalks, breezeways, entrances, and amenity areas as needed.
• Perform light landscaping support such as checking irrigation, reporting sprinkler issues, and coordinating with landscape vendors.
• Report safety hazards, damage, and maintenance needs to the Service Team and Manager promptly.
• Support and grow with the Service Team by serving as backup for Make Ready and light work orders, building maintenance skills toward a technician career path.
• Assist the maintenance team with punch list items and general handyman work as directed.
• Support move-in readiness by keeping homes, models, and walkways show-ready.
• Interact with residents in a professional and courteous manner.
• Follow all safety and SOP guidelines, and keep tools and equipment clean and organized. QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior groundskeeping, janitorial, landscaping, or property maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in a clean, well-kept community.
• Ability to work independently and manage time well.
• Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communication in English.

COMPENSATION

• $20/hour, full-time.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Reliable transportation that meets job responsibilities.
• Valid Texas Driver's License.
• Maintain at least minimum car insurance required by Texas law.
• Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday.
• Ability to work outdoors in all Texas weather conditions.
• Lift or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to walk, bend, and stand for long periods of time.
