Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Front Desk Agent for an upscale, full-service hotel in Woburn, MA. The ideal candidate has previous hotel front desk experience and hands-on proficiency with Opera PMS. This role is best suited for someone who can work independently with minimal training and provide professional, welcoming service to hotel guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and room assignments using Opera PMS.
• Process guest payments, update accounts, and balance transactions at the end of each shift.
• Respond professionally to guest questions, requests, and concerns.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments to support guest satisfaction and room readiness.
• Maintain accurate guest records and follow hotel service standards.
• Answer phone calls, assist with room inventory, and handle guest account inquiries.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk experience is required.
• Hands-on experience with Opera PMS is required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal training.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable handling guest payments and maintaining accurate records.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Schedule

Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Applicants must be able to work a flexible hotel schedule.

Applicants must have prior hotel front desk experience and practical Opera PMS experience to be considered.
