Wellness Account Manager, Partnerships

We are an innovative wellness service provider headquartered in Chicago that provides outcomes-driven health and wellbeing programs to single employer groups, third party administrators, medical management providers and associations.

Our suite of services includes health coaching, clinical health evaluations, incentive administration, reasonable-alternative standard administration, disease management, maternity management, behavioral health, and chiropractic management. Marquee is seeking an experienced client services professional to support our relationships with key clients and partners.

Primary Responsibilities Serve as the primary relationship owner for an assigned group of partners and accounts with responsibility for >/=97% retention and >1% YOY upsell growth Work closely with clients to identify health and wellness program needs and consult on best practices for solutions and setup Champion your accounts within internal Marquee team to bring the vision to life and keep them on track with deliverables throughout the program year Manage all aspects of program performance, both internally and externally, including but not limited to setting up benchmark goals, developing and following project plans, problem resolution, and comprehensive communication strategies Coordinate Marquee’s Wellness Program with client's other benefit plan components including but not limited to Employee Assistance Programs, Disease Management, Onsite Clinics, etc. Develop and maintain an understanding of the role of Marquee’s product suite within the healthcare benefits landscape Be a product expert by knowing all system functionality, including the ability to offer training for all user types Represent Marquee Health in client presentations, onsite meetings, and/or health fairs Required/Minimum Qualifications BS/BA Degree Two or more years of Healthcare, Employee Benefits, or Insurance Account Management Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Effective Speaking and Communication Skills Self-Motivated, Driven, Highly Organized, Detail-Oriented Team Player with a can-do attitude to find creative solutions Personal Interest in Wellness/Wellbeing a plus We strive to provide all selected applicants with a smooth recruitment experience.
