Sales and Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business for HVAC AMC contracts covering DX, Package Units, AHU, FCU, Chillers and associated equipment. Conduct customer visits and site surveys to assess equipment condition and maintenance requirements. Prepare AMC/service quotations, scope of work and commercial proposals. Follow up and convert AMC enquiries into contracts.

Identify additional opportunities for repair, replacement, retrofit and spare parts. Maintain strong relationships with building owners, FM companies, contractors and end users. Coordinate with service teams to ensure smooth AMC execution and customer satisfaction. Achieve assigned AMC sales, revenue and GP targets.

Requirements

Mechanical/HVAC Engineering. 3–5 years of experience in HVAC service and AMC sales—strong knowledge of DX, Package Units and Chilled Water systems. Kuwait/GCC experience preferred. Good customer relationship, communication and negotiation skills. Valid Kuwait driving licence preferred.
