Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, United KingdomFull-timePosted Oct 26, 2026

Job description

About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Treasury Manager – Systems & Transformation to join AMFRESH in a newly created UK role, helping shape treasury processes, reporting and systems across our UK businesses. Based in Alconbury and reporting to the Head of Group Finance, this role will work closely with our established Group Treasury team in Spain, the UK CFO and local finance teams.

This is a standalone position, offering the opportunity to take ownership of UK treasury development with the support and expertise of the wider Group. A key priority will be driving the implementation, adoption and ongoing development of EMBAT, our Treasury Management System. Alongside this, the role will establish consistent cash reporting and forecasting processes, review factoring arrangements and identify opportunities to improve visibility, strengthen controls and automate activity.

Key responsibilities include

Establish and develop UK treasury processes and reporting, aligned with the Group Treasury operating model. Improve cash flow forecasting, cash visibility and liquidity reporting across UK subsidiaries. Drive the UK deployment and adoption of EMBAT, working with finance teams, IT, banking partners and the system provider.

Review existing factoring arrangements and their use across the UK businesses, identifying opportunities to improve effectiveness and support working capital management. Support new system developments, ERP integration, payment centralisation and process automation. Strengthen treasury controls, data quality and consistency across a multi-entity and multi-currency environment.

Develop process documentation and deliver training to help finance teams adopt new systems and ways of working. Build strong relationships across the UK and Spain to deliver projects and embed lasting improvements.

About You

We are looking for someone with treasury experience gained in industry, within a business with annual turnover of at least £100 million. A sound understanding of cash flow forecasting, liquidity management and treasury operations is essential, alongside the confidence to work independently and build relationships across finance teams.

A technical accountancy background would be particularly valuable. Experience within a Group function, working across multiple entities or currencies, or supporting systems implementation and process improvement would also be beneficial. Alongside core treasury experience, candidates should demonstrate involvement in treasury systems, finance transformation or process improvement initiatives.

Experience with factoring, Treasury Management Systems, ERP integration or automation would be particularly valuable; candidates do not need experience across all four areas. The ability to apply treasury knowledge to improve processes, strengthen reporting and support system adoption is key. Strong Excel and analytical skills, a practical approach to problem-solving and the ability to help colleagues adopt new processes will be important.

Above all, we are looking for someone who can take ownership and turn opportunities for improvement into lasting change.
