The Front of House (FOH) Lead Supervisor is responsible for duties as assigned by the management including set up and break down of restaurant, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Responsible for assisting with escalated customer service issues as needed and providing information about resort and surrounding areas.
