The Opportunity Join our team as a Senior Accountant and play a key role in financial reporting, month-end close, payroll, and process improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented accounting professional who thrives in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.
What You'll Do
Lead month-end close activities, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Manage accounts payable, monitor receivables, and support treasury functions. Oversee payroll processing, reconciliations, and compliance activities. Maintain fixed asset accounting and support annual audits. Mentor accounting team members and help strengthen internal controls.
Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, automation, and process improvement projects.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Accounting. 4+ years of progressive accounting experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP, general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Experience with ERP/accounting systems and advanced analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
Public accounting and industry experience. Sage Intacct and/or ADP Workforce Now experience. Leadership or supervisory experience. Advanced Excel skills.
