RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Calling leads and campaigns.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Help customers in filing claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Previous experience in insurance or sales.
