Candidates must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for adult and geriatric residents, and work collaboratively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members. Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, standing, and assisting/transferring residents, and be available to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred. Main Function Provides professional nursing care to adult and geriatric residents through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. Ensures continuity of care while coordinating assignments, personnel, supplies, and equipment in support of quality resident outcomes.
