Software Engineer I

The Software Engineer I participates in new and existing software developments. The role involves collaborating cross functionally to elicit requirements, design, build, test, deploy, and maintain software solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders and team members to understand product requirements and assist in translating them into software solutions Analyze and document product processes, workflows, and system requirements Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug new and existing software solutions with guidance from experienced team members Use approved AI-assisted development tools to support coding, testing, debugging, and documentation while reviewing and validating outputs for accuracy, security, and quality Learn production systems, processes, and software applications to understand operational needs Assist production teams with troubleshooting software issues, investigating root causes, and implementing software improvements with guidance from experienced team members Identify and resolve system issues and bugs Follow software development best practices to produce high-quality, maintainable code Test and verify software modifications and final solutions Document code and features developed, including changes to existing code Demonstrate curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning by exploring new ideas and technologies, sharing knowledge, and contributing to the team’s growth and improvement Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Software Engineering No experience is required.

OR (4) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree.
