Description Building the company brand of Anterior & Complex Case Specialists is always the primary consideration. Produce high quality cases and communicate effectively with management and other members of the Bona. Dent team. This position requires high attention to detail in order to create restorations that would be graded at a minimum level of 9 at final QC.

Visual perception, manual dexterity, good motor skills, skills using small hand instruments, reading comprehension skills, as well as attention to detail are required. The Ceramist must have the ability to work on a deadline, handle stressful situations, and accept and apply constructive feedback Requirements

• Complete daily production requirement to Bona. Dent Dental Laboratories Standards of quality level 9 or 10: Must have a firm understanding of Bona. Dent Standards Must use critical thinking to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or problems Required to strive for a total team working relationship Must make progress towards personal development goals Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain an organized and cleanly bench Must follow standards of conduct as outlined in the employee handbook Recognize and report problem cases or cases that need additional prep work Additional duties and assignments as required or needed Ability, Skill, and Knowledge Requirements Timeliness in completing assignments Ability to complete work to Bona. Dent Standards Adherence to Company policies and procedures Customer/Client satisfaction General dependability and reliability Maintain positive working relationships with other team members Excellent attendance and punctuality Professionalism Maintain the confidentiality of data Continuous improvement through personal and professional growth and education Ability to report to the Greenville, SC lab daily Physical Demands and Environmental Conditions This is primarily a manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels and no direct exposure to hazardous physical substances. Finger dexterity is needed to hold and work with the hand tools. The position primarily requires the individual to be mobile, bend, lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds, reach, sit, walk and stare at small objects from close range; requires close attention to detail. This position may require the need to stand for up-to 8-hours per day or sit for up-to 8-hours per day.
