Responsibilities

Oversee the verification and validation of professional licenses, certifications, and educational backgrounds to ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards. Lead specialized recruitment efforts tailored to the unique demands of the healthcare sector, focusing on attracting top-tier clinical and administrative talent. Manage and leverage Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to maintain accurate employee records, generate data-driven reports, and support decision-making processes.

Monitor and enforce compliance with all relevant healthcare labor laws, hospital policies, and accreditation requirements.

Requirements

Minimum of 4 to 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably within the healthcare or hospital industry. Proven expertise in credentialing processes and maintaining rigorous compliance standards. Strong background in workforce planning and strategies for ensuring safe, effective staffing levels. Demonstrated success in specialized recruitment, particularly for hard-to-fill healthcare roles.

Advanced proficiency with HRIS platforms and data management tools for tracking metrics and reporting.
