Floating Site Director after School

The Granite YMCA is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Floating Site Director to provide leadership and support across our elementary school before and after school programs in the Manchester and Goffstown area.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, building relationships, and stepping in where they are needed most to help programs thrive. As a Floating Site Director, you will support multiple program locations, providing site leadership, staff coaching, and operational coverage when regular Site Directors are absent or when additional leadership support is needed.

You will play a key role in maintaining high-quality programming and ensuring children, families, and staff have a positive experience every day. This position offers a consistent Monday through Friday afternoon schedule (approximately 2:30 PM - 6:00 PM) , with opportunities for additional hours during school vacations, no-school days, and special programs.
