Administrative/Technical Specialist

You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the Contracts Department (02), Technical Acquisition Office (02T) of NAVSURFWARCEN IH DIV. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-04 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-11 and GS-12.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-03 (GS-9/10 grade equivalency) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: auditing or legally certifying financial or charge card programs (ex: Fleet or GPC) to enforce regulatory compliance and resolve transaction disputes for the purpose of fraud, abuse, and waste prevention.

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Successful completion of Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree OR Successful completion of 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree OR Possession of an LL.
