WHAT YOU'LL DO

As Assistant Executive Housekeeper, you'll play a key leadership role in the daily operations of Housekeeping and Laundry services throughout the hotel.

Your Responsibilities

Supervising Room Attendants, House Attendants, and Public Area Staff Assigning daily work schedules and room assignments Inspecting guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and quality Training, coaching, counseling, and evaluating housekeeping team members Ensuring hotel cleanliness standards are consistently exceeded Supporting payroll productivity and department expense control Managing linen, uniform, and housekeeping supply inventories Coordinating deep cleaning projects and preventive maintenance Responding to guest concerns and providing service recovery when needed Collaborating with Front Office, Maintenance, Laundry, and other departments Ensuring meeting rooms and event spaces are properly prepared Monitoring key control and room security procedures WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT?

Qualifications

EDUCATION

& EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) Previous experience in Housekeeping leadership preferred Minimum 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Assistant Executive Housekeeper preferred Microsoft Office knowledge preferred Hotel property management systems experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Guest service and customer relations experience preferred PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Lift and carry up to 25 pounds Push and pull carts or equipment up to 100 pounds Stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the hotel for extended periods Work indoors and outdoors as needed Adapt to changing temperatures and noise levels Remain active throughout an entire shift
