Your responsibilities

Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the property clean by removing debris, trash, and clutter from grounds, breezeways, parking lots, and common areas . Community Upkeep: Maintain the appearance of amenities, building exteriors, and leasing office , ensuring all shared spaces are pristine and inviting . Vacant Unit Preparation: Assist in preparing apartments for new move-ins by conducting light maintenance and cleaning tasks as needed.

Resident Service Requests: Support the maintenance team by responding to service requests and assisting with general repairs as directed. Landscaping Assistance: Help maintain landscaping , including watering plants, trimming bushes, and ensuring outdoor spaces are well-kept.

What We're Looking For

Experience: At least one year of experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, or a similar role . Attention to Detail: Ability to identify and resolve issues proactively . Customer Service Skills: Friendly, professional attitude when interacting with residents and team members . Reliability & Work Ethic: Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently .
