Prepare and decorate all in-house bakery products (e.g. cakes, cupcakes, tarts, pastries, and special-order items). Assemble, fill, and finish/decorate cakes, tarts, select pastry, and special-order bakery items. Build, ice, and decorate cakes and other bakery items following standard procedures to meet business demand.

Create special order cake designs based on customer preferences. Physical Requirements: Must be able to regularly lift about 10 to 20 lbs. (Occasionally, up to 50 lbs.)
