About the role

Odds On Promotions, an entity of DOXA is hiring a detail-oriented, hands-on IT Technician to support kiosk hardware operations - ensuring product quality, functionality, and efficiency Requirements Responsibilities

• Unpack inbound equipment and conduct a detailed inventory of received/missing parts.
• Set up, test, and clean kiosk equipment to ensure full functionality.
• Repair damaged hardware and reimage kiosks with a clean OS installation.
• Complete multi-point receiving checklists, including log retrieval and archiving.
• Assist with packing outbound equipment.
• Facilitate freight pickups.
• Support new hardware builds.
• Serve as a backup warehouse assistant/forklift operator when required.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse/technical environment.
• 60-day probationary period applies. Job Type
