Sales Associate (Part Time)

Retail Sales Associate Join Our Team and Make Every Customer Interaction Count Are you a people person who loves creating great customer experiences? We’re looking for a motivated, energetic Retail Sales Associate to join our Ontario team! What You’ll Do Welcome and connect with customers in a friendly, professional, and engaging way.

Learn about customers’ needs and recommend products and solutions that are right for them. Drive sales and exceed performance goals by delivering exceptional service and creating memorable customer experiences. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system. Keep the store clean, organized, inviting, and ready for customers .

Work closely with teammates to achieve shared sales goals and create a positive store culture. Represent the company with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset. What We’re Looking For Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A positive, customer-focused attitude and strong attention to detail. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends . Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also taking initiative.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems. Bilingual in English and Spanish .
