Care is looking for dependable, compassionate Private Duty In-Home Caregivers to join our team in the New London, Clintonville, Waupaca area . Private Duty caregiving gives you the opportunity to work one-on-one with clients in their own homes, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent.

Pay Starting pay ranges from approximately $17–$20+ per hour , depending on experience, qualifications, and the specific client assignment. Candidates with very limited caregiving experience may start around $17/hour , while experienced caregivers may qualify for higher starting rates. Scheduling We offer flexible full-time and part-time opportunities .

Available shifts vary based on client needs and may include: Days Evenings Overnights Weekdays Weekends Short and extended shifts Actual hours and schedules are determined by current client needs and caregiver availability. Interview Information In-person interviews for this position will be conducted in Fond du Lac. Phone interviews may also be available on a case-by-case basis.

What You'll Do

Depending on the client's individual care plan, responsibilities may include: Companionship and conversation Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene Mobility, walking, and transfer assistance Meal preparation Light housekeeping Laundry and linen changes Medication reminders Transportation and errands when required by the assignment Providing supervision and support to help clients remain safely at home Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition What We're Looking For We're looking for caregivers who are: Compassionate and dependable Respectful of clients and their homes Good communicators Able to work independently Reliable and committed to scheduled shifts Comfortable providing hands-on personal care when required Previous caregiving experience is preferred, but candidates with limited experience may also be considered depending on the assignment.
