We’re looking for a Short-Form Content Creator with strong creative instincts who knows how to turn an idea, trend, or reference into engaging social content. You don’t need years of professional experience or an agency background. We care more about what you’ve created than where you’ve worked.

Personal content, freelance work, school projects, passion projects, and brand work all count. This is a great opportunity for an emerging creator who wants to sharpen their skills, experiment with new ideas, and grow alongside a creative team. What You’ll Do Create and edit short-form content for Tik. Tok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms Turn trends, references, and creative ideas into original, engaging videos Film products and talent using strong framing, lighting, composition, and camera angles Edit content from raw footage through final delivery Stay on top of social trends, memes, creators, hooks, and internet culture Bring new ideas and references to the team and collaborate on creative concepts Use feedback and content performance to continuously improve your work What We’re Looking For Strong editing skills using Premiere Pro, Da.

Vinci Resolve, Cap.
