18+ years old , with a high school diploma or GED. Able to pass a physical exam & drug test. A licensed driver with a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Report). Able to pass a background check. Willing to travel for exciting projects. Physically fit – Can lift up to 80 lbs. and work comfortably on rooftops and ladders. Honest, hardworking, and a team player who enjoys working outdoors.

⚡ What You’ll Be Doing: Leading the installation of lightning protection systems on high roofs and specialized grounding projects. Reading blueprints and construction plans to ensure top-tier installations. Handling and installing lightning protection cables. Ensuring all work complies with onsite safety regulations. Tackling other duties as assigned —because no great job comes without adventure!
