Intake Coordinator

Intake Coordinator for Mental Health Counseling Practice in Florida. This position is a virtual position.

We are a mental health counseling offices located in Davie, Pembroke Pines, Hollywood, Sunrise, Fort Lauderdale, Coral Springs, Wellington, Palm Beach Gardens, Port Orange and Orlando focusing on children, teens, and adults. Caring Therapists offers room for growth and is currently hiring for a position with varied responsibilities.

The Intake Coordinator is responsible for supporting the client intake process from initial contact through appointment scheduling.

Responsibilities include

answering and managing incoming calls, assisting clients with scheduling appointments, coordinating electronic document exchanges, and responding to client inquiries. The role also involves accurate data entry, maintaining client and administrative records, and updating databases and internal systems to ensure information remains current and accurate.

To qualify for the position, applicants should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a friendly and approachable personality, and the ability to interact comfortably with clients. Familiarity with Google Workspace is required, or applicants should demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology. CRM experience is a plus. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment are essential.

The requirements for the job include a high school diploma. The hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with a paid 30-minute lunch break. Bilingual is preferred.

The Compensation for this position is $21 per hour.
