Leasing Consultant: Drive property financial goals by marketing to prospective tenants and leasing vacant units.
Responsibilities include
interviewing, showcasing properties, completing lease paperwork, inspecting units, and implementing marketing plans. Requires 2+ years sales experience, proficiency in MS Office and Yardi, excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. High school education or equivalent. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Professional office environment.
