ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2007 and lead a close-knit team of four. I began my career immediately after college as a State Farm team member and come from a family of State Farm agents, so this business has always been a part of my life. I attended the University of Washington—go Huskies!—and I’m also a proud mom of three, which has shaped the flexible, people-first environment we’ve built in our office.

Community involvement is important to us, and we stay active through our church and local initiatives like food and blood drives. We also support the University of Washington alumni community, the Everett Animal Shelter, and the Everett Chamber of Commerce, staying connected to the people and causes that matter most in our area.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
