Job Description:

1. Process & Operations Support Assist engineers in monitoring plant operations, reviewing basic process parameters, and understanding unit operations through data collection, log sheets, and supervised field exposure. Support material & energy balance checks, basic process calculations, or simulation tasks under guidance.
2. HSE, Compliance & Documentation Participate in HSE practices, including site safety induction, hazard identification exposure, and adherence to plant safety rules. Assist in updating technical documents, SOPs, simple reports, and learning logs related to operations, quality, or safety observations.
3. Continuous Improvement & Learning Projects Support small improvement initiatives, troubleshooting exercises, or assigned learning projects (e.g. process optimization ideas, data analysis, or lessons learned).
