Termite and Bed Bug Exterminator

Innovative Pest Solutions is seeking a dedicated full-time Termite and Bed Bug Exterminator to join our team in Los Angeles County.

DAILY WORK:

This full-time Termite and Bed Bug Exterminator role has a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Please note that certain service appointments may require earlier starts, later finishes, extended hours, or occasional weekend work as needed. Our technicians benefit from the convenience of dispatching directly from home, eliminating the need to report to a central office each day.

As a Termite and Bed Bug Exterminator, your primary responsibilities will include conducting structural heat treatments for drywood termites and bed bugs, setting up and operating professional heating equipment and power systems, and installing and monitoring temperature sensors to ensure treatment effectiveness. You will also be responsible for safely managing heaters, fans, and containment systems, as well as preparing and restoring structures before and after each service.

TERMITE AND BED BUG EXTERMINATOR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift 50 - 75 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and confined areas

• Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability

• Professional appearance and strong customer service skills

• Ability to work early mornings and occasional extended hours

Preferred but not required:

• Pest control experience

• Experience with structural heat or fumigation

• California Branch 2 Field Representative or Applicator License

• Pest control or construction experience

WHAT YOU GET:

This full-time position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $50,000 to $85,000/year, plus performance-based pay. We also provide all necessary equipment, tools, and a company vehicle.
