CWS seeks a Network Operations Lead to lead the U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP) Network Operations Center (NOC) contract operational teams. The Network Operations Lead leads the NOC operational teams responsible for maintaining continuous network availability, performance, and reliability across the CBP enterprise, which includes services provided across geographically dispersed sites.
