Medical Assistant (MA) - VISALIA

Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled bilingual Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to healthcare professionals and ensuring a high level of patient care. This position requires regular travel between our Visalia and Fresno locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records
• Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring they are clean and well-stocked
• Administer medications and vaccinations as directed by healthcare providers
• Collect and process laboratory specimens
• Educate patients on treatment plans and health maintenance
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards Requirements Skills and Qualifications:
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to travel regularly between Visalia and Fresno
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
