• Flexible schedule; Pick up shifts as needed. Earn $19.33/hour Position Details Our personal care assistants provide for the safety and welfare of all consumers in the Personal Care Home (PCH) setting, supporting their mental health and physical well-being. They carry out direct care responsibilities while participating in and following the treatment planning process.

Duties and Responsibilities

Help develop and implement activities and other special projects designed to strengthen independent and community living skills and socialization/leisure time. Build on strengths to promote positive growth for the consumer. Engage consumers in appropriate life skills to develop abilities to live as independently as possible.

Accompany consumers on trips outside the facilities for treatment, medical appointments, or any other appropriate activities.
