Human Resources & Safety Manager Job Type : Full-time Salary Monday through Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm Pay: 65K+, depending on experience Work Site: On site Benefits: Health Insurance Dental Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off Educational Reimbursement Responsibilities: Maintain the Company's personnel and payroll records in accordance with State and Federal regulations Develop and maintain work rules and the Employee Manual Recruit qualified candidates for all vacancies New Hire orientation and onboarding Running weekly company payroll and related reports, maintaining the BambooHR and Synerion time clock electronic systems Administering open enrollment programs for medical & dental benefits, 401(k), and other benefit programs; obtaining insurance renewal quotes both for benefits as well as Commercial lines of insurance Develop and maintain all aspects of the Company's safety program, including OSHA reporting and compliance Manage and maintain all worker's compensation claims and records Organizing annual employee company picnic and other employee appreciation events Perform and complete other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications/ Requirements: Good work ethic and positive attitude. Familiarity with state and federal employment laws, OSHA safety requirements and reporting and 401(k) and benefits administration Must be fluent in English for communicating and reading safety instructions, procedures, and customer orders and parts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills. Ability to work closely with President and all other management personnel Physical Requirements: Office work environment, to include sitting, standing and walking Must be able to lift up to 20lbs. Must have full range of motion, bending, reaching, and lifting.

Education

& Experience Requirements: Prior experience managing payroll and/or HR systems preferred. Prior benefits management experience preferred.
