Dental Hygienist

Dental Hygienist | South Puyallup, WA $70-75/hour | 2 Saturdays/Month 8am-2pm Single-column hygiene | 60-minute recall | 90-minute new patient | 60–90-minute SRP If you want enough time with your patients, modern tools to support your care, and a team that trusts you as a clinician, we'd like you to meet Graham Family Dental Care.

We're looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who cares about building patient relationships and providing thoughtful preventive and periodontal care without feeling rushed through the schedule. What Your Day Looks Like Single-column hygiene schedule Recall/prophy: [60 minutes] New patients: [90 minutes] SRP: [60–90 minutes] Patient mix: [PPO / FFS / other] Hygiene Autonomy We trust our hygienists to lead the hygiene appointment within their clinical scope.

You'll have time to assess periodontal health, educate patients, recommend appropriate preventive and periodontal care, and collaborate directly with the doctor on findings and treatment. We want thoughtful clinical judgment and strong patient communication, not a scripted, one-size-fits-all approach to hygiene. Support + Growth You don't have to figure everything out on your own.

You'll have access to a local hygiene mentor for clinical questions, case discussions, periodontal calibration, technology training and professional development. New graduates are welcome and will receive additional onboarding and mentorship.
