As a Guest Experience & Sales Manager in Training at an Artemis Wax–owned European Wax Center, you will work alongside and report to an experienced Guest Experience & Sales Manager while you learn every part of running a center in the beauty industry. You bring the management experience. We will teach you the industry. You will learn to lead sales, develop a team of Sales & Guest Experience Associates and licensed Wax Specialists, and own full center results. This is a sales leadership role. Package sales and guest retention are at the heart of the job, and you will be expected to model strong sales performance from day one. You may be assigned to one or more centers during training. Once you have met all training requirements, you will be considered for promotion to Guest Experience & Sales Manager. This is a salaried exempt role that requires full schedule availability and the days and hours needed to complete assigned tasks and responsibilities. This position offers a competitive total compensation package made up of base salary plus commission and bonus potential. The range listed represents total target compensation, not base salary alone. Training and Development Successfully complete all required training and show strong performance, especially in sales and coaching others. Manage the center day to day when the Guest Experience & Sales Manager is not there. Sales and People Leadership Lead the center’s sales performance and inspire the team to meet and exceed revenue and operating goals. Model and coach our sales approach so every team member can confidently recommend and sell service packages. Develop team members to reach their full potential. Coach, mentor, evaluate, and lead performance. Identify, recruit, and develop talent at every level of the center, including partnerships with beauty schools and other sources to recruit Wax Specialists and Sales & Guest Experience Associates. Communicate clearly and set direction for the team. Monitor performance and provide recognition and feedback. Ensure the center meets brand standards at all times. Business Results Own the center’s performance across revenue and sales performance metrics. Review results daily, coach the right behaviors, and plan ahead. Create action plans with the team to improve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual performance. Manage guest traffic, conversion, and staffing to deliver strong results. Lead center operations, including payroll, ordering, and compliance.

Qualifications

1 – 2 years of management experience in specialty sales and service, with proven success leading and developing people Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Demonstrated results-oriented leadership Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Self-motivated and process focused Team member centric, with an open and supportive management style that creates a positive environment where you and your team are excited to come to work each day Outstanding communication skills Fun.

Work Environment Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, communicate with others, work well with guests, and accept constructive feedback from direct supervisors. Must be able to change activities often and cope with interruptions. Must be able to stand or sit for up to 8 hours per day.

Must be able to move between several tasks happening at the same time. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. occasionally. Talking and hearing occur continuously when communicating with guests, team members, and leadership. Job duties, tasks, and schedule may change to meet the needs of the business.
