Job Summary

To assist with the collection, monitoring & reporting of population health & quality data for participation in governmental & commercial insurance quality programs & serve as a liaison between physician services & the quality department to help ensure Margaret Mary Health practices meet quality & population health goals. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Duties/Responsibilities: Assisting in implementation of remote patient monitoring program with additional duties listed in full job description. Hybrid work schedule opportunity following a minimum of 3 months in the office
