This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in customer service, retail, manufacturing, supply chain, or warehouse environments who are looking for steady first-shift hours, consistent income, and a team-oriented workplace. This role offers variety, daily interaction with customers and staff, and the chance to be an essential part of dealership operations in a fast-paced but supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers and dealership staff in a friendly and professional manner Answer phone calls and provide accurate price quotes and vehicle-specific parts information Process parts payments and ensure accurate billing Fulfill customer and technician orders from available inventory Input parts orders for daily shipment, delivery, or customer pick-up Track all incoming and outgoing parts to maintain accurate inventory records Locate and source parts when items are out of stock Use parts catalogs and manuals to identify the correct parts by vehicle make, model, and year About Us The Darrow Difference is the foundation of our success – and we want you to be a part of it!
