Medical Technologist Team Lead

Community Memorial Hospital, a Critical Access Hospital committed to providing excellent care to our community, is seeking a Full-Time Medical Technologist Team Lead to collaborate closely with other medical professionals to study biological samples to locate and treat certain illnesses by gathering different samples to test, like urine and blood to perform examinations to learn more about them and form a diagnosis.

The team lead will split time between regular laboratory testing ("working the bench") and managing staff workflow. They act as the main contact for technical problems and help the lab manager keep operations running smoothly and assist with quality control, quality analysis, regulatory compliance and improving departmental efficiencies.
