Operation Manager

Description Vishay Precision Group is seeking a skilled Management Operation Manager to lead and optimize our operational processes. This role demands strategic oversight and effective coordination across various departments to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve workflow efficiency. Coordinate with department heads to streamline processes and ensure alignment with company goals. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Lead and manage cross-functional teams to execute operational plans successfully. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. Oversee budget planning and resource allocation to optimize operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above. Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations Management, or substantial experience in Planning and Purchasing functions. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking. Familiar with ERP systems and manufacturing/assembly processes. Experience in budget management and resource allocation. Experience in project management. Fluent in English, including speaking, writing, and presentation skills.
