RNs & LPNs NEEDED WITH POST OPERATIVE CARE EXPERIENCE HOME CARE AGENCY IS LOOKING FOR RNs & LPNs IN CHAPEL HILL & DURHAM Allcare Home Health Agency is a locally owned and operated agency that provides a variety of services to clients in their home and community environment. Agency is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality in-home care services to our clients.

We are looking to hire highly qualified, dependable and experienced RNs and LPNs to provide private duty care for client in their homes.

Responsibilities

Experience in general Post-Operative Care Wound and Surgical dressing care Pain Management Medication administration and management Provide one-on-one direct care in the home Observe, assess, documents and reports patient response to treatment Investigates and resolves patient/family member concerns regarding patient care Ensures the highest quality of care is provided to patients by reviewing documentation Minimum Qualifications : Must possess a current, unencumbered RN or LPN license Prior home care experience preferred Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Benefits: Competitive Pay Based on Experience Weekly Pay via direct deposit Medical Benefits (discussed upon hire) Paid training Flexible Schedule Referral Bonus ($$$) Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, climbing stairs and moving intermittently during working hours.
