Yard Driver/Hostler

What You'll Do

Move trailers throughout a busy yard ? Hook and unhook trailers ? Open and close trailer doors ? Crank landing gear ? Back into tight dock spaces and crowded yard locations ? Use a tablet to receive and complete move assignments ? Prioritize tasks and make sound operational decisions ? Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members What We're Looking For: ?

Strong backing skills ? Ability to work in and out of a truck throughout the shift ? Comfortable with technology and mobile devices ? Critical thinking and problem-solving skills ? Willingness to learn hostler operations (experience preferred) ? Positive attitude and coachable mindset ? Schedule: Panama 2-2-3 Rotation

• 12-hour shifts
• Work every other weekend
• Consistent rotating schedule ? Night shift positions available. ? Training will begin on day shift before transitioning to nights.
