• COLORADO SPRINGS, CO, Salary Range: $75000.00 - $85000.00Salary/year, Job Shift: Day, Job Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee all areas of the patients medical needs on a daily basis Work in collaboration with patient, physician, family members, care team and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care and treatment for the patient LPNs-pass meds, provide treatment, assess for changes in conditions Answer call lights, assist patient with ADLs Responsible for timely and accurate charting Do whatever is takes to make our patients happy with their stay About Us The Center at Centennial is a skilled nursing facility that serves patients needing physical rehabilitation and/or complex nursing care.
