Working Student: User Support for SAP & Authorizations (m/f/d)

Processing ticket requests in the SAP environment as part of 1st-level support Recording, analyzing, and documenting user requests Assisting with error analysis and escalating more complex issues to 2nd-level support Processing, reviewing, and tracking SAP authorization requests Creating, modifying, and locking user accounts according to defined processes Communicating with business units and users regarding support and authorization issues Maintaining and updating documentation, guides, and process descriptions Assisting with authorization reviews and audits Collaborating on SAP projects and special tasks related to user management and authorizations Assisting with administrative tasks within the SAP team
