Right of Way - Due Diligence

This position is a contract position with the possibility to go perm. Therefore: (1) Candidates must be eligible to permanently work in the US; (2) At minimum, a high school diploma or GED equivalent is required for candidates seeking placement in this position Responsible for performing tasks associated with understanding and interpreting easements and the diverse provisions that are in newer easements Ability to review and interpret alignment sheets, surveys, and plats Has database experience Has some title experience (at a minimum, the individual must have a basic understanding of title) Has some experience with GIS (Google Earth, ArcGIS, etc.) Must have attention to detail Must be able to work independently or with a team MUST have midstream / gathering system experience Benefits; 108 hrs of PTO 401(k) with 4% match BCBS Health Options FSA/HSA Options Short Term Disability Covered by Firm Salary $48 - $48 per hour
