Type: Mid-Level Languages: Advanced bilingual English (oral and written) Work Model: Full Remote Job Description Green Dynamix is looking for a skilled bilingual Customer Relationship Specialist to support our sales representatives and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The role is responsible for providing accurate quotes, coordinating sales-related activities, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the outside sales and management teams.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales Support Learn and maintain knowledge of the landscaping materials and products sold by the company. Answer customer questions and provide accurate product information. Identify customer needs through a consultative approach and match them with appropriate product features and benefits. Provide support services that improve sales representative productivity.

Maintain excellent client relationships through strong partnerships and communication. Serve as the first point of contact for urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable. Sales & Business Development Oversee purchasing activities to maintain inventory availability while meeting business objectives.

Evaluate vendor performance based on pricing, quality, delivery, and service. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. Negotiate pricing, purchasing terms, and vendor agreements when appropriate. Analyze purchasing trends and identify cost-saving opportunities. Support sourcing initiatives for new vendors and products.

Inventory Administration Identify new leads and cultivate relationships with potential clients. Support the sales team in discovering and developing new business opportunities. Ensure sales representatives have the necessary sales support materials. Customer Service and Office Administration Oversee customer service processes to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Establish customer service standards and monitor service performance. Resolve escalated customer issues. Manage office administration, facilities, equipment, and vendor relationships. Improve administrative workflows and office systems. Maintain company records and document management processes. Order Management & Administration Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.

Handle orders received by phone and email. Verify pricing, discounts, and product numbers to ensure order accuracy. Maintain accurate sales records for senior management reporting. Technical Requirements Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Degree in Business Management or a related field preferred. Experience Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required.

Sales or sales-related experience highly preferred. Experience in the commercial plant nursery or landscaping industry highly preferred. Knowledge & Skills Advanced bilingual English, both oral and written, required. Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills. Excellent Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks in a time-sensitive environment. Strong attention to detail. Ability to remain calm, factual, and self-confident in stressful situations. Ability to plan and organize tasks while coordinating with multiple departments. Knowledge of plant identification in the Southeastern United States is highly preferred.
